Happiness WorkShop

"The journey to build a life worth living."

What is it?

A workshop designed to study and reflect on the idea of happiness and, specifically, the happy life.

It offers a dual approach to the phenomenon: a theoretical one, based on the wisdom of key thinkers throughout human history, and a practical one, through cases, exercises, and reflections that let you approach the topic from personal experience and apply it in daily life.

What will you learn?

The essential habits, according to science, for being happy — including mindfulness, conscious presence, and techniques for regulating negative emotions.

How to build deeper, more nourishing relationships.

How to identify and apply your personal strengths.

How to discover your life purpose and apply age-old philosophy to live better.
